Soak 2 Cups of Basmati Rice for 30 Minutes. <br />2. Drain the Rice after 30 Minutes. <br />3. Heat 2 Tbsp of Ghee in a Pressure Cooker. <br />4. Add 2" Cinnamon <br /> 4 Green Cardamoms <br /> 1 Star Anise <br /> 5-6 Cloves <br />5. Add 1 and 1/2 Tsp Shahi Jeera <br />6. Add a cup of Frozen Peas and let it cook for sometime. <br />7. Add the drained Rice and give a good stir. <br />8. Add 4 Cups of Hot Water and add Salt as required. <br />9. Close the lid of the Pressure Cooker and take 1 Whistle. <br />10.
